Agreement to Terms

By using BAGGU's website and placing an order, you agree to fully comply with these Terms of Service. If any part of these terms is unacceptable to you, please do not proceed with placing an order on our site.

Order Accuracy and Pricing

At BAGGU, we make every effort to ensure pricing and product descriptions are accurate for all items, including favorites like the Medium Cargo Crossbody and Nylon Drawstring Bag. However, mistakes in pricing or descriptions may occur.

If a pricing or description error is discovered after your order is placed, BAGGU reserves the right to cancel that order and refund you promptly.
We may limit quantities on certain products or notify you if an item is out of stock.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed once submitted, including adding or removing products.

If you need to request an address change or cancel your order, do so immediately after placing your order, as these requests are time-sensitive and not guaranteed.

Shipping and Delivery Responsibilities

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping addresses.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause packages to be returned to BAGGU.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, BAGGU will work with you to reship the order; however, additional shipping fees may be required.
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. BAGGU cannot predict or control these charges.
BAGGU is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact BAGGU as soon as possible through our contact page. We will assist in investigating and finding the best resolution.
